Santa

This is Hudsons initial reaction to his first meeting with Santa. He really likes him in the books, just not so much in person. Hopefully his next meeting will go better!

FINALLY!!!

So we finally got enough snow to play in. Hudson loved it!!

Hi Grandma & Grandpa

So I wanted to take a picture of Hudson in his cute sweatshirt that Grandpa got him. And he was playing on my bed.

I told him to say cheese, and this is what I got! I believe that he thinks he is pretty cute.

OOOOPS!

So this is what happens when Heath pisses me off. Not really! On Thanksgiving he ran into some of his pipe that he had tied on the trailer outside and split his eyebrow open. He should have had stitches but stubborn wouldn't go, so I just pulled it really tight and put a bandaid on it. Heeled up pretty good if ya ask me. This picture was taken when it was 5 days old so it is pretty much heeled you can barely see the line where it split open. Now you know where Hudson gets it from!

TuRkEy DAy

It was Heaths family's year for Thanksgiving so we went over to Uncle Kurts and Aunt Cindys house. It was loads of fun like always and for some reason the majority of my photos were of Hudson and Grandpa Kenny. It seemed like every time I turned around there they were goofin off. It was a great day and we are glad Grandma and Grandpa came home for the weekend!

MeCalls

I have to show how cute my sister inlaws pictures turned out. She wanted to keep her bouguet but didn't want a shadow box and hates dusty flowers, so I did this for her. I think they ended up looking great.

Fall Leaves with Papa

On Wednesday I had all the kids so I went up to my mom and dads to visit and have some distraction for the kids. It helps my day! Well my dad was out raking leaves so the kids went running out there and Papa through the leaves on them. They thought it was hilarious and laughed and scrame so loud. Well Boston decided he wanted the rake so my dad gave it to him, BIG mistake cause then the other two wanted it. So good ol Papa went and found two more rakes so everyone could have one. He told them to put all the leaves in one pile. Obviously not happening. Well on the way home Addi told that was hard work! I said what was? She looked at me funny and said "putting all those leaves in a pile!" Silly kids!

YUm rAw pOtAtOEs

I was making dinner, cuting up the potatoes with Hudson sitting on the counter. He kept saying Apple? I told no thats not what it is. Notice Gummy Worms behind him, no longer on his brain, all he wanted was Apple?

So much to my dismay he got ahold of one and took a bite. He didn't chew on it very long before it came back out!

Katydid

My mom found a Katydid at her work so she brought it home and Hudson thought it was pretty darn cool!

Little Flippers

Jamie and I enrolled the kids in a gymnastics class at Little Flippers. Well not so much gymnastics as much as play time for Hudson.

Hopefully it will teach him to take turns and follow directions. As of now he wont even sit in the circle and play, he has to run off and do his own thing.

And Laci I am glad you left a comment cause I blog stalk also. Thats another reason I don't want to go private because then friends of my friends cannot look at my blog.

?Private?

So my dear dear friend Bobby really got me thinking about the whole going private thing. At first I was totally defensive and told him it is so hard for someone to find your blog and then find you, that I am not scared of the whole stalker thing. And then I was on a blog and went to copy & paste a link and could not. So I sent her comment and she told me she disabled her right click. So of course I turned right around and did the same thing. So now none of my PHOTOS or text can be copied. YEAH! So it makes me feel safer about putting Hudsons face out there. And I don't use any web picture sources so the only photos are on my blog. But still doesn't stop people from getting on and checkin out my family regularly, yes they can comment and I may not know who they are. But I now will review comments before they are posted so if I don't know them, I wont allow them. And if they continue to bother me I will cross that bridge if it ever comes. So after all of the and my research, I think I will stay public. Thanks Jenn for your help.

So last night we went to my friend Michelles for our Halloween Party. A whole lot of fun and not too much trouble. I think Bob was the only one, and that was for bringing the horse in the house! Heath and I were skeletons. Great costume I know but it was last minute.

Its a Dragon!

Hudson was a great dragon. Once we got the costume on he loved it and would leave it even the hood. But it had to be right, including the bands around his hands. I guess if he's gonna wear it he's gonna do it right.

New Hair

Annual Pumpkin Party

On Sunday we went to my moms for our Annual Pumpkin Party. We always have a great time, lots of food, fun and gossip. I didn't get very good photos cause I was actually participating. And I got yelled at for making a mess, were carving pumpkins its supposed to be messy, right!?

Rodeo

So last night Kris and Pete invited us out to the rodeo in Ogden. I t was so much fun, Hudson just gets enthralled with he horses.He was so little in his cute hat Uncle Pete got him and he wanted to be a big boy walking around with his hat on and all the other cowboys.

Hudson found a girlfriend in front of us. He started kissing her hand all on his own, no prompt from us. She loved it.

How cute is he in his hat and boots. The boots were my friend Michelles little boy Broncs when he was little.

Good ol Uncle Bob was pick up man tonight so at the end of the rodeo he gave Hudson a ride around the arena.
Michelle had him down with horses, and before this picture they were both kissing the horse. Yes he is spoiled!

Doing Dishes

So I started off doing the dishes all by myself and before I new it I had a little helper who had no pants on. Then there were bubbles and water all over the place.

Then he had his feet in the water.

And then what the heck, we rinsed the sink added new bubbles and he had an evening bath in the sink.

Hogle Zoo

Yesterday Heath took off work so we could all go to the zoo together. It was a perfect day, other than the fact that I am suffering from a huge sinus infection but I am a trooper. The weather was great, not hot not cold. I didn't know why but most of the animals were not out. But we still got to see alot! Hudson thought they were awesome. There was a monkey that was so loud and Hudson started mimicking him so the rest of the day we got monkey noises. Although he now knows what the elephant says so it was a successful trip! I tried to do a self family portrait, as you can see it wasn't very great.

Pumpkin Patch

Last Friday we went out to the Blackisland farm pumpkin patch with the Taylors and the Coulters. We had a blast. Slides and trains and tractor rides. And fresh made Kettle Corn, Heaths highlight of the evening. He actually wants to go back just for that. We all got to go pick our own pumpkins

PEACE

This is Hudsons attempt at peace. He crosses his two middle fingers but my camera was too slow and I barely got this.

He tried to steal my chair so I was tickling him. Notice the big yellow bruise on the right side of his forhead. His is such a boy!

Chuck E Chesse

Last night we went out with some friends and all the kids. It was a blast. We kept saying we were going to take Hudson so he could have fun but really I think we were going for us and just used Hudson as an excuse. The privileges of having a kid I guess. But I have to say it just wasn't the same as I remember. For one there were not the singing robotic characters. Only Chuck E. no bears or friends. And it seemed like there were more rides and things when I was little. They definitely down sized.

But still the place to be a kid!

The kids had a great time!

Day 3 Update

Okay so I wont update every day anymore cause he is looking pretty good. His gums are not purple anymore and his swelling is about gone. So just some bruising and scabs. Do you like his roman noodles for lunch?!
