Oh really!!!

I had a doctors appt today and everything looks great! My sweet mother inlaw came with me cause Heath was working in Idaho, it was so fun to have her there and experience it with her. I am almost 23 weeks and the baby is growing as it should I got to see hands and a 4D profile shot of the face! But while we were waiting I was telling her how proud I was that my weight is so low and I have only gained 13 pounds, which is great for me. So the doc comes in and we do the ultrasound and all, and then he proceeds to inform me that I should weigh myself at my next visit because they will not, and I need to keep track cause I gained more last month. What the &^%#! He said that a women only needs to gain 16 pounds for a healthy pregnancy. 16 really are you kidding me! And that by 20 weeks you only should have gained 2! Yes this is from a study and not actual reality but really who can do that? Then he ended with although average weight gain is about 34 pounds. I have decided I like average better than science.

Golfin with Grandpa

This is when Hudson went golfing with Grandpa Kenny. I love these photos he looks like such a big boy and he was just barely 2. Eating lunch after a good day on the range.

Pretty boy

So Heath was upset with me for taking these photos let alone posting them, but oh well I love them. I think little kids in their panies are super cute, you should see his little bum. Let alone ones in red high heels, he loves to wear my shoes cause they are so loud when he walks.

Drive-In

Last night we went to the drive-in to see Up! That was a cute but sad show. Hudson stayed in the truck the whole time.
As you can see he was very interested in the show and did really good watched almost the entire movie with no issues, other than when it got slow and he lost interest.
We had such a good experience we will definitely be doing it again.

PlAydAte

Some of my girlfriends came over today for a playdate. We had soooo much fun, the kids had a blast and we got to visit and eat! Sorry for those of you who missed it hope to see you next time, cause there will definitely be a next time! Hudson loved playing with all the kids and I think we had enough options that the kids never got bored. You cant see it but we also had a bounce house.

Lagoon

Heaths cousins came up from St George and were at Lagoon so we went to see them on Friday. Pretty much spent the whole time at Lagoon-a-beach so I didnt get many photos.
This was Hudsons first sight of Puff, it kind of freaked him out. But then I got him on and he was fine just not really sure what to think.So we bounced back on Sunday he rode alot more rides. With all his coordination and driving his 4 wheeler at home he could not drive the bumper car to save his life.This was his favorite, shooting the gun he ran back in line as soon as he got down, after crying of course because he had to get down.What a cheeser.And this is after no nap and playing hard in the sun. He was asleep before we even left the parking lot, and stayed asleep when I carried him into Mecalls house. We had Sunday dinner there with the Minears, finally we all got to hang out.

The 4th

Our festivities started early with the Clearfield parade, the girls came up to spend the day with us. Kimberlen was quite the candy getter! And yes that is Hudson with a pony in his hair, Maycee was getting her hair done and he was so interested that Destini thought she would give him one so he didn't feel left out, he liked it but was a little unsure. Then we were off to the the Layton park for some bounce toys, food and unfortunately a little rain. But it was short lived and ended up being a nice day. I got some cotton candy so I was a happy camper :)! Then later that night we went over to my parents friends house to watch the fireworks, they live just behind Clearfield High so we had no crowds and a great show. I think Hudson had a great day and he loves the fireworks, he was dancing around to them. Sadly we did not get to see the Minears that day, they went out to the Bees game and poor Hudson doesn't have that attention span for a game, we barely made it through the fireworks.

Family

Friday night we got together with the cousins and an extra cousin we dont get to see very often. Nova is my cousins little girl she was not quite sure what to think at first about Hudson and Maycee and their craziness.

They love Grandma and fight over her.

Then we got them all together in their PJs. It was a fun night.

PooPoo in the Potty

So I know I am a hypocrite because I totally made fun of Destini for putting Maycee's poopoo pictures on the blog, and here I am! Well yesterday Hudson was in the bath tub and he looked at me and said "uh oh" I told him dont go yucky in the bath tub and that I would put him on the potty. He said no I dont need to so I left him in the tub and 4 seconds later his eyes got big and said "uh oh!" so I got him out, sat him on the potty and he seemed a little scared so I told him it was okay and then he went! He has sat on the potty a few times and he will pee every once in a while but this was the first big one! Yeah
