Daisee

ITS A GIRL!!!!

So we went into the hospital Tuesday at about 7 and they hooked me up to the Penicillin about 7:30 and by 11:15 I was at a 10 and ready to go. They called the doc and we waited for him until 11:45, he got there and I pushed once, he had me do 2 more half pushes and she was out. It was 12:00 on the dot so her birthday is the 25th. Weighing in at 6lbs 13oz and 20 inches long. Tall and skinny. Mom and baby are doing great! We got to come home Thanksgiving morning about 10 oclock. Hudson walked in saw her and said "thats a baby" touched her foot then walked away. Not really that interested, until last night she was laying on the couch opened her eyes and he thought that was neat he was talking to her and touching her head he was very soft, so far so good.

Still!!!!!!!

I know I said that was the final one but I thought I would let you all know we are still pregnant. I am having contractions all the time, Friday they got to 11 minutes apart. And we found out that they are not PRODUCTIVE contractions so apparently I get to have them with no purpose at ALL!! So I will let you know when the baby comes!

Final Update

So this will be the last post before I deliver, not because it is soon but because I am having a hard time finding time to just sit. I can think of a million things I want to get done before the baby comes. And I just realized it is 10 o'clock where did my morning go and I really don't have the time for this. But I am sure you all are so interested in what is going on you can hardly stand it. Hahahaha Well last night the doc informed us I am dilated to a 4 and fully ready. He used the term "flapping in the wind" which I told him he should never say that to another women ever again, and he agreed! He just meant I was open and ready, although it sounds a little different. I really like my doc, he is hilarious. He does not think I will have a long delivery at all, and guesses the baby will weigh about 7lbs 4oz. A little smaller than Hudson but still a great size! We are still debating on names, ugh that's hard! So we will let you know when the baby comes, what it is, and what the name will be. Hopefully I can get some pics up real soon too! Wish me luck!!

Baby Update!!!

So we have set Friday Nov 27 as my induction date if the baby has not come by then, only one day before my due date. Although I don't suspect the baby will wait that long. As of Sunday I was almost a 3, very well thinned and totally pliable. She was able to move my cervix all around, all my membranes have separated on their own. So pretty much just awaiting the water breaking or some serious contractions. I have alot of braxton hicks but I don't consider them real and I only have them every so often, at least once an hour. But that is just more obnoxious than eventful. So I have a doctor appointment Wednesday at 5 so hopefully I will have more update then and will actually find the time to post it. I have been doing all the last minute things like washing clothes and getting bottles out the car seat is washed. Usually it is not that big of a deal but when you have to wash double it takes a while, as in pink and blue stuff! So I really want to thank Destini for coming out yesterday and helping me, she was here all day and we did a bunch. The best part is she cleaned my bathrooms, toilets and all! Its been hard for me with the acid reflux and all to bend over to long because I end throwing up in my mouth usually, I know you all wanted to know that. Thanks Dest I love you!!!!

Trick or Treating

Hudson totally got the whole concept of trick-or-treating this year. He knocked, a little too quietly sometimes, and then when they answered he said trick or treat thye handed him candy and then he said thank you.

I know its fuzzy but he loved running in his costume because the legs would swing around. He ran a little too much and Heath had to chase him down a few times. This would be after only half the block and Hudson was done. We then pretty much just walked home, he would hit a house every here and there if the other kids looked like they were having fun.Heath and I dressed up as Bob and Michelle from 1995. They were really the only ones that got it because we were actually wearing their clothes from 1995! We had a good night, lots of friends and fun!
