Its about me this time
So I usually blog about Hudson but he is napping right now so I am going to share what I enjoy. Some people making amazing cakes others find the time to run or scrapbook and create, me, I love to cook, even more I love to try new recipes and I always have a hard time finding ones that not only taste good but don't take 3 hours to make, cause we all know we don't have time for that. So this is what I am proposing either every Monday or every other Monday I am going to post a new recipe that I love. And hopefully you will do the same. Cause I figure if you are reading my blog odds are I read yours, even if not you could start this on yours with your friends. I am going to make it a page element so it will stay there at the top the whole time and I can just redo it with a new recipe each time. I want it to have a name like Mamas Meals or Mondays Meals or something I need help with that so leave a comment. That way if it has to be a post we can find it easily. If I am making a meal that requires any prep I will do it while Hudson is napping like today I sliced my veggies and pork so then when it comes time to cook it is not so long. Well I tried a new recipe today so I take a picture of it and hopefully post it tonight, so look for it!

Camping!!
We had sooo much fun last weekend. We left early Thursday and went up through Cedar City to Ikes Valley in Cedar Mountains and came home Sunday. We went with Heaths cousins and their friends. It was a blast Hudson did so good. He slept great at night and even took naps during the day. I was a little worried about that but we just put the pack-N-play up in the trailer and it worked. We went down to Uinta Flats one day and hiked in Mammoth Cave. It was fun a bit of a tight fit for the kids. Hudson did okay till he relized he could not stand up and then he wanted to be held. Try holding a kid while army crawling through a cave not fun! I have battle wounds. He loved the girls that were there. Anything they did he wanted to do. Even better he would EAT for them. I tried to hire them to feed him but they live a little too far away.

Spoiled Rotten
So I cannot help it! I find any excuse I can to buy Hudson something new. We are going camping this weekend and I thought it would be smart to
have a bike for Hudson to play with to keep him from running off so much. Well he is impatient so when dad went to get a hammer Hudson pulled the half
finished bike off the couch and started riding it. He did not care that there were no tires on it. Of course he had to have his own screw driver and try to help.
It took him zero time to figure it out. He goes forward and backward and even turns the handles. Thanks to Papa Pat motorcycle he also makes the vroom noise as soon as he gets on.

I miss my Grandpa
So Heaths mom & dad came up this weekend from Arizona. It was a short trip but we did get to see them, and Hudson got to spend alot of time with them. On Saturday we went over to Aunt Cindys for a BBQ and Hudson and Grandpa got to play some more.

I thought this picture was cute even though it is out of focus. And yes Heaths fro is gone!:)

Helping Papa
We stopped by my mom and dads last night and Papa was mowing the lawn so of course Hudson had to
help. It took them twice as long to mow but like Papa would have told him no.
Slip and Slide
So on Sunday Grandma, Hudson and I went down to Destini's to play. We got the slip and slide out for the kids and we ended up playing as well. They just looked like they were having so much fun we had to join in.

FIREWORKS!!!
So after all the fun at our house we went over to my Dads friend Jeff's house. He lives just a
block or two behind the park where the fire works go off so we can see them from his yard without all the people and try to miss all the traffic. Hudson saw the neighbors lighting some little fireworks and he thought they were amazing he kept looking at me like did you see that!
He just loved the big ones. Although they last so long he would get a little bored and have to trade seats. But I dont
think anybody minded.
He got a little tuckered out by the end of the night, and who could blame him it was 10:30. But he was so good and never cried. If you asked him there is no better place then on Daddy's chest. He wont even lay with me like that. Well I am glad to say this is the end of our day, way too much going on for just one day!

Oh the fun
We had the whole family to our house on the 4th and we had soooo much fun. In order to keep the kids from melting we got the pool out. Maycee would rather swing and Grandma had her work cut out for her. My cousin DJ and her new husband Larry were here from LA so it was great to see them. For some reason I have no pictures of adults, probably cause their boring. So you might have to go to Destini's blog to see big people.

Bosley hung out under the chairs trying to stay cool. It sucks to be black in the summer.
Of course Maycee eating her heart out. I love that little thing!
4th of July Parade
The parade was great! Hudson loved the fire trucks, at first the horns scared him and then he just wanted more. Grandma joined us along with Bobby, Jamie, Addi and Boston. Unfortunately Daddy could not come he had to get the rest of the vinyl fence up by one for the party, what an awesome guy he did it all in like 3 days. Hudson would watch the float go by and wonder where it was going and practically miss then next one cause he could not stop starring.
Watch out Grandma I got a flag and I know how to use it!
