Chuck E Chesse

Last night we went out with some friends and all the kids. It was a blast. We kept saying we were going to take Hudson so he could have fun but really I think we were going for us and just used Hudson as an excuse. The privileges of having a kid I guess. But I have to say it just wasn't the same as I remember. For one there were not the singing robotic characters. Only Chuck E. no bears or friends. And it seemed like there were more rides and things when I was little. They definitely down sized.

But still the place to be a kid!

Day 3 Update

Okay so I wont update every day anymore cause he is looking pretty good. His gums are not purple anymore and his swelling is about gone. So just some bruising and scabs. Do you like his roman noodles for lunch?!

Day 2 Update

Thought I would show you the progress. Now we have scabbing, and he is still swollen. Although you would never know he was hurt cause he never acts like it bothers him. He was eating oreos and thats why there is brown around his mouth he is not bleeding anymore.

So Sad

Is this not the sweetest sad little face you have ever seen? So Hudson had a bit of an accident at Aunt Mecalls house. He was being his normal boy self and jumped off her love sac. Landed straight on his face no arms to stop himself, at least he was on carpet. This photo is in the car on the way to the doctors.

As you can see he is fine! Holy TEETH! Can you see his eye teeth coming in?
No broken bones just tore his piece of skin between his gum and upper lip. And as you can see some scraps and bruising.
The bridge of his nose was swollen it is now going down, although I think we will have at least one black eye.

Girls Trip 2008

We had our well desereved girls trip last weekend. Of course we had way too much fun! What a blast it was so nice to see everyone, its sad when it is time to go. Love you all!

First time at the Dentist

So my friend Jamie went to work a couple days a week so I get to watch her kids on Wedensday, so I took all the kids up to see her at work.
All the kids got their teeth polished and loved it.
We tried to get Addi xrays but she was not okay with the paper in her mouth.

Gateway

So Monday we were out at Gateway shoppong and we decided to let the kids run through the water, although they were not to hip on the idea. Boston was really the only one that got wet.

Of course my favorite photo is the one with Hudson screaming cause he was unexpectedly sprayed.

It was so cute Hudson was just lounging on Daddy so I had to take a picture and....... then I was busted!

State Fair

So Friday night we went to the Sate fair. As if we were joined at the hip Jamie and Bobby came with us. We met up with Js family for a little while. Went on the Pony ride Hudson loved it most of the time. Then it was off the the kids farm to learn about feeding, growing, harvesting, and selling for money them to buy something. He was pretty cute in his little apron. And last we saw all the animals. Pretty fun evening

My new addition

This is my most recent decorative addition to our family! I love that it is longer than the couch and how wide the wood trim is.

Oh and I finished putting up my pictures. Not the best shot of it but it is hard in a hallway to back up :) So you a close up angled shot.
