Big big boy bed!

His first night he asked for his little bed. :( So sad. But he is doing so well he loves his trucks!

Colorado

We went up to Colorado Springs Labor day weekend for a quick trip to see Heaths grandparents. It was a lovely trip Hudson did great on the airplane both ways, only we almost missed our flight going home, to the point where they reopened the doors for us and we ran out and climbed the stairs to the plane. Close call! I was brilliant and only had my camera out one day, oh well. Hudson got ride Jeenie and he loved it! She was so gentle and nice. With an odd twist of faith she ended up passing the next day, very sad she was a great horse. She belonged to my father inlaw before Heaths uncle Tom bought her.

The picture on the bottom left is blurry because I was laughing so hard, Paint wanted to give Heath a kiss so bad, he kept putting his nose right in Heaths face.

New Skateboard

So for the past few weeks all Hudson has been asking for was a helmet and a skateboard, due to watching the Xgames with daddy. So we caved and got him one. He loves it and has pretty good balance!

Really I cannot believe he can do some of the things he does!

You cannot see it but he is sitting on his skateboard going down the slide, this was all his idea and I had to stop him from doing it by himself!

New Baby

So this is the new addition to our extended family. Jamie had her baby Wed morning at 1:38 am weighing 5lbs 7oz and 18.5 inches long. She is so sweet and tiny with lots of hair! Hudson liked holding her and didn't say "put it back" like he did with Brilee so hopefully thats a good sign for our baby to come! Poor little peanut doesn't have a name yet, so hopefully by Friday.

The Zoo

Yesterday we went to the zoo with the Taylors. Jamie is desperate to get that baby here she is willing to try anything. By the way all that walking and pulling the wagon up the hills did nothing for her :( Hudson loves the train as you can tell.

What a goof!

In the mornings after his bath Hudson loves to watch himself in the mirror. He talks and makes faces and just has a great time with the little boy in the mirror. This morning he wanted his beenie and crocks on first. Of course when I got the camera out he would not perform as much but it is still pretty cute. He gets scared hes gonna fall and he says oh careful if you cannot understand it.

We went camping over the 24 with Heaths family and had a blast! Campin and fishin what else do you need!
